Rushali Saha is a New Delhi based independent researcher and foreign affairs columnist. She is currently working as a security risk analyst with Horizon Intelligence, a Belgium-based threat intelligence firm.
She was a visiting fellow at the Stimson Center in 2021-22 and a NASP fellow at The Takshashila Institution in 2023. She was previously a Research Analyst at the Diplomat Risk Intelligence. Rushali’s work explores the evolving geopolitics of South Asia and the Indo-Pacific region with a specific focus on India-U.S. relations and Indian foreign policy.
